Experiance: Minimum 5 Year Experiance
We are looking for a Planning Manager to lead planning and coordination of agricultural projects, field activities, and organizational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project plans and implementation schedules.
Coordinate with field teams, farmers, FPOs, SHGs, and stakeholders.
Plan agricultural training, awareness campaigns, and field visits.
Track project progress and submit periodic reports.
Ensure timely execution of agriculture and rural development programs.
Support budgeting, resource planning, and documentation.
Skills Required
Solid planning and coordination skills.
Positive communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of agriculture, rural development, and project management.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on experience and skills). Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
