Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit genuine OPT candidates across various technologies
Screen candidates based on technical skills and visa status
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants
Coordinate interviews and client interactions
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to facilitate placements

25 years of experience in OPT Recruitment
Solid knowledge of US IT Staffing
Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed Valuable understanding of US work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, etc.)
