About The Cinnamon Kitchen The Cinnamon Kitchen is a rapid-growing gluten-free snacking brand focused on creating healthy, delicious, and mindful snacking options. We are looking for a hands-on Packaging Supervisor who can manage daily packaging operations and ensure products are packed efficiently while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day packaging operations and activities.
Allocate work to packaging staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure products are packed accurately according to defined specifications.




Monitor packaging quality, quantity, labeling, sealing, and presentation.
Ensure correct batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and other product information are mentioned on packaging.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain daily packaging and production records.
Monitor packaging material inventory and inform the concerned team about shortages or requirements.
Minimize packaging material wastage and ensure productive utilization.
