Product Manager AI Lending Platform

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of an AI-first lending platform for banks and NBFCs. The role involves working closely with customers, engineering, and AI teams to define product requirements, manage features, and drive product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements through product discovery and workshops.
Own product features from concept to production.
Create PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborate with Engineering and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Prioritize the product backlog and participate in sprint planning.
Conduct product demonstrations and support customer implementations.
Perform UAT and validate product releases.
Identify opportunities to improve products using AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, or Solutions Engineering.
Robust engineering/technical background with experience working with software development teams.
Hands-on experience in writing PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Good understanding of APIs, enterprise software, and Agile methodologies.
Robust customer-facing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking, Lending, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS products.
Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Digital Lending, or Workflow Platforms.
Exposure to AI or Generative AI products.
