Pharmacist – Apollo Clinic, Dunlop

Job Responsibilities
Dispense medicines accurately as per doctors’ prescriptions.
Verify medicine name, quantity, dosage, batch number and expiry date before dispensing.
Provide basic information regarding dosage and usage of medicines to patients.
Maintain proper pharmacy stock and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and short-expiry medicines.
Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines, including cold-chain items where applicable.
Handle billing and maintain pharmacy-related documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding prescription and medicine availability.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures, safety standards and applicable regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy area.

Eligibility & Requirements
D.Pharm / B.Pharm degree is mandatory.




Valid Pharmacy Council/PCI registration is preferred/required as applicable.
Relevant pharmacy/clinic/hospital experience will be preferred.
Freshers with the required qualification and registration may also be considered.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a clinical workplace.

Significant: Candidates without a recognized pharmacy qualification will not be considered for the Pharmacist position. Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
