We are looking for 4 hardworking and responsible candidates to join our plant at Masturi. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day plant operations and assisting the production team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily plant and production activities.
Handle and move materials as instructed by the supervisor.
Support loading and unloading activities.
Assist the production team in routine operational work.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
Follow instructions given by the supervisor and senior staff.
Follow all plant safety rules and company procedures.
Perform other general plant-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a plant environment.




Good discipline and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in a plant, factory, production, or warehouse setting will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
