We are looking for a "Senior Network Technician " with robust hands-on experience in enterprise network troubleshooting and NOC operations.

Job Title: Engineer III – Senior Network Technician

Location: Delhi NCR / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: US-Aligned Night Shift

Experience- 6 to 9 Years

Immediate joiners required

Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve network incidents, service requests and changes.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP, SD-WAN and wireless issues.
Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts.
Work on client tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLA.
Use tools such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, Cisco IOS/CLI, Aruba Central, FortiManager, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto Prisma, etc.
Provide remote support to enterprise clients.
Resolve 80%+ of assigned incidents independently.




Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineering teams when required.
Mentor junior technicians and support the team with technical issues.
Communicate with clients in English, both verbal and written.

Required Skills
5+ years of relevant experience in Network Operations / NOC / Network Support.
Robust hands-on knowledge of: Routing & Switching , TCP/IP , VPN ,SD-WAN , Wireless ,Cisco networking
Experience working in an enterprise NOC / managed services / network operations workplace.
Good troubleshooting and client-handling skills.
Willingness to work US night shifts.
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Network Engineering or related field.

Mandatory Certification

Candidate must have an active and valid Cisco certification:
CCNA OR CCNP
