We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a music artist based in Mumbai. This is a hands-on role focused on managing the artist’s personal schedule, wellness, home logistics, errands, and overall day-to-day organization.

Responsibilities include managing personal appointments and reminders; coordinating medical, wellness, beauty, and fitness appointments; handling personal shopping, errands, packing, and travel preparation; keeping the household stocked with groceries and essentials; coordinating household maintenance and pet care; managing petty cash, receipts, and basic expense tracking; and working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure personal and skilled schedules remain aligned.

The ideal candidate is discreet, dependable, organized, proactive,



and comfortable working with changing schedules. Solid follow-through and familiarity with Google Calendar, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email, and digital communication are significant.

Previous experience supporting an artist, executive, entrepreneur, or high-profile individual is preferred. The candidate should also have flexibility during travel, performances, shoots, and other particularly busy periods.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
