Key Responsibilities:
Manage production activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum productivity with minimum downtime.
Allocate work efficiently among team members and organize workflow to meet production schedules.
Supervise and manage the manufacturing workforce to ensure smooth operations.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize delays and wastage.
Focus on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and productive utilization of resources.

Quality Management
Ensure product quality as per customer requirements and established quality standards.
Monitor in-process quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations, and take corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with the Quality team to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.




Maintain production and quality-related records and reports.

Team Management & Safety
Supervise, motivate, and guide employees to achieve production and quality objectives.
Ensure proper work allocation and coordination among team members.

Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in automobile manufacturing operations.
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Experience in handling both Production and Quality activities.
Robust team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of production planning, quality inspection, and process improvement.
Ability to manage manpower, meet production targets, and maintain product quality.
Result-oriented approach with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
