Responsibilities
Deliver professional and high-quality customer service to branch visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Assist customers with daily banking transactions, account maintenance, and general inquiries in accordance with established operating procedures.
Educate and guide customers on the utilization of digital banking channels and self-service platforms to drive digital adoption.
Collaborate closely with branch colleagues and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal security policies to mitigate operational risks.




Identify customer needs during interactions and refer them to the appropriate specialists for relevant financial products and services.

Requirements
Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to banking or customer service.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, retail banking, or hospitality environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in navigating digital applications and adapting to new technologies.
Ability to perform effectively in a quick-paced, dynamic environment while working collaboratively in a team.
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to operational integrity and compliance.
