Job Purpose To manage and execute PEB/industrial construction projects at site, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, cost control, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute complete PEB/steel construction projects from mobilization to handover.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets.
Coordinate with Design, Sales, PMG, CMG, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Erection teams.
Manage site activities including material receipt, erection, installation, fabrication, and finishing works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications,



and technical requirements.
Ensure availability of manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and resources at site.
Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance and productivity.
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and site constraints and take corrective actions.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress reports to management.
Track project costs and control additional expenses, wastage, and rework.
