Manage and supervise daily production/IT operational activities.
Plan work schedules and allocate tasks to team members according to workload and priorities.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of projects, orders, or deliverables.
Ensure compliance with defined quality standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with IT, technical, quality, purchase, stores, sales, and management teams as required.
Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
Handle production-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate critical matters to management.
Maintain daily production/operation reports, MIS, and performance records.
Track key performance indicators such as productivity, turnaround time, rejection/error rates, downtime, and delivery status.
Ensure proper maintenance and availability of required hardware, software,



systems, tools, and other resources.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, and optimize costs.
Ensure adherence to information-security and data-protection procedures where applicable.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and communicate targets, priorities, and operational updates.
Coordinate with clients/vendors when required for operational or technical issues.
Prepare periodic reports and provide updates to senior management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
