Education: Bachelor''s degree in relevant field. A masters degree in management is a plus
Experience:



12+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, process excellence, and related field.
Certifications o Mandatory - Lean Six Sigma Certification o Desirable - Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, PMP
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA automation platforms, ERP systems, AI / ML technologies, process modeling tools.
Domain Knowledge: In depth Domain Knowledge in at least one industry domain
