Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Engineer who can ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily production activities as per targets
Monitor and improve production efficiency & productivity
Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams
Implement process improvements (Kaizen, Lean practices)
Handle line balancing and manpower utilization
Maintain production reports and documentation
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
3–7 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
Knowledge of assembly line operations (LSM/VBM preferred)
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
Basic knowledge of quality tools
Good command over Excel for reporting
Solid problem-solving and coordination skills
