PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage production teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor production performance, analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
Optimize production processes, capacity planning and resource utilization.
Ensure timely delivery of products by improving workflows and resolving operational challenges.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Manufacturing or related field.
5+ years of experience in production management in a manufacturing setting.
Solid knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and their implementation.
Proven leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Expertise in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
