Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Ability to understand basic IT technologies and technical roles.
Positive negotiation and coordination skills.
