Resource will need to work in shift (12:30 to 9:30 IST). Work from office on most of the days of week unless agreed differently by client resource manager.
Resource & Capacity Management
Completes resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
Provide up-to-date information on all resources, particularly availability.
Ability to forecast the workload and take pro-active steps.
Manage and maintain resource allocation to projects
Experience using project management tools and excel effectively
Track resource utilization across projects
Highlight capacity constraints and support demand forecasting
Assist in onboarding/offboarding of project resources
