Key Responsibilities:
Design plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, fire protection, and medical/laboratory gas systems (if applicable).
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for plumbing works.
Review and approve plumbing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors.
Ensure compliance with local and international plumbing codes (e.g., IPC, UPC, NFPA, ASHRAE, or regional standards).
Conduct hydraulic calculations (water demand, pipe sizing, pressure loss, pump head calculations, etc.).
Coordinate plumbing works with architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, and other services to avoid conflicts.
Provide technical support during project execution, addressing site issues and resolving design conflicts.
Supervise and inspect installation works in office to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs.




Prepare testing and commissioning procedures for plumbing systems and participate in final handover inspections.
Support project management in preparing project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of relevant experience in plumbing system design and site supervision (depending on level).
Strong knowledge of international and local plumbing/firefighting codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and hydraulic calculation software (e.g., HAP, Elite).
Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building codes (LEED, Estidama, etc.) is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
