Role Description The Operation Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Cuttack, responsible for overseeing daily plant and production activities. The role involves planning and monitoring operations, assigning tasks, and ensuring that workflows meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.

The Operation

Supervisor coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages shift schedules, and ensures timely reporting of operational performance and incidents. This position also focuses on optimizing processes, resolving operational issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.





Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical improvements.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordination with teams, reporting, and stakeholder interaction.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, mining, or metals operations is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in industrial environments is preferred.
Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work in shifts, handle in office operational challenges, and use basic digital tools (MS Office, email) is expected.
