Role & responsibilities
Work order execution- Review planning and discuss with production team.
Availability of RM/PM- Coordination with SCM, warehouse for availability of material during running as well as before job change.
Verify proper machine setup and startup activities.
Shift discipline and safety.
Production changeover- Line clearance approval.
Process monitoring and coordination with set up guys.
Manpower handling, allocation according to production.
Trouble shooting of problems, coordination with maintenance.
Ensure records of production activities.
Coordination with IPQC
Monitoring production output and rejections.
Coordination with all setup guys, operators, and packers.
Shift handover reporting.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates from engineering background would be preferred
