We are hiring a Production Supervisor with experience in sheet metal manufacturing to manage shop floor operations, ensure production targets, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production in sheet metal fabrication
Handle processes like laser cutting, bending, punching, and welding
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met
Maintain quality standards and reduce rework/rejection
Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and productivity
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams
Ensure safety practices are followed on the shop floor

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sheet metal / fabrication industry
Knowledge of laser cutting, CNC bending, turret punching, welding
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience in handling operators and shop floor activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
