Job Title: Production Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

Job Type: Full time | On – Site

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse production activities, managing the production team, monitoring output and quality, and ensuring timely completion of production and dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse production activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and manage workflow to meet daily/weekly production targets
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety protocols,



OSHA regulations, and company policies
Maintain accurate production records, inventory counts, and shift reports
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
Communicate with upper management on production status, staffing needs, and operational challenges
Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and product damage
Handle employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions when necessary
Support timely preparation of products for shipment requirements.
Report daily production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in production, warehouse, or related operations.
Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse/production staff.
Willingness to work versatile schedule based on production and shipment requirements
Degree in Production, Operations, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
