We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our property.
Responsibilities:
Manage Front Office &
Housekeeping operations
Supervise staff and daily activities
Handle guest queries and operational issues
Manage OTA platforms – Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb &
MakeMyTrip
Maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets trackers
Coordinate directly with the property owner
Requirements:
3+ years of hotel/resort/villa/service apartment experience
1+ year staff supervision experience
Experience handling both Front Office &
Housekeeping
Positive Tamil &
English communication
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Kottakuppam
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
