Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Technical Officer to oversee dairy production processes, monitor equipment performance, and ensure smooth, effective, and secure manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise daily dairy production activities.
Ensure smooth operation of dairy processing machinery and equipment.
Monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Control teams.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in production equipment.
Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Dairy Technology or relevant technical qualification.
Knowledge of dairy processing equipment and production operations.
Understanding of food safety and manufacturing standards.
Basic ERP/SAP Knowledge
Experience
1–5 years of experience in dairy, food processing, or manufacturing industries.
Experience in dairy processing and production supervision is preferred.
Skills Required
Dairy production process knowledge.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Production planning and team coordination.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety.
MS Excel and production reporting.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
