Role Description The GALAXY HEALTH INSURANCE ADVISOR is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding clients through health insurance options and helping them choose plans that match their needs and budgets. On a day-to-day basis, the advisor will communicate with prospective and existing clients, explain policy features and benefits, and assist with applications, documentation, and renewals. The role includes providing ongoing customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new policyholders.

The advisor will also promote health and wellness-related aspects of insurance plans and may participate in online training sessions, webinars,



and outreach activities to increase awareness of available products. Collaboration with internal teams to share client feedback, improve processes, and meet performance targets is also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Experience in Training or educating clients on insurance products, benefits, and procedures.
- Background or interest in Health Promotion and Wellness, with the ability to explain preventive care and wellness benefits.
- Basic understanding of health insurance concepts, policies, and regulatory considerations (prior advisory or sales experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets or deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is beneficial.
