Job Summary

We are seeking Freelance Recruiters to support ongoing recruitment requirements across various roles. The role involves independently sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Create and manage relevant job postings.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process until joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate and selection records.
- Work on multiple recruitment requirements as assigned.

Requirements
- 1+ year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to independently identify and engage relevant candidates.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.




- Existing candidate network or sourcing database is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment requirements is preferred.

Compensation

₹8,000–₹25,000 per successful selection, depending on the position and applicable placement terms.

Payment is released 60–90 days after the candidate joins, subject to completion of the applicable client-defined retention period and placement conditions.

- Regular recruitment requirements.
- Detailed job descriptions and candidate criteria.
- Recruitment coordination and process support.
- Ongoing communication and guidance from the recruitment team.

Note: This is a freelance engagement with performance-based payment and does not include a fixed monthly salary.
