SINCLUS is looking for experienced Managers – Food & Beverage Operations at Bangalore International Airport.

? Position: Manager – Food & Beverage Operations

? Location: Bangalore International Airport

? Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Food & Beverage Management or any relevant discipline.

MBA / PG Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Management or related field would be an added advantage.

? Experience:

Minimum 8–12+ years of relevant experience in F&B; operations, preferably in airport, hospitality, QSR, food court or large-scale multi-outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall F&B; operations across 22 outlets with 24×7 operations in the Security Hold Area.
- Lead the overall F&B; operations, commercial performance, passenger experience and upcoming business transformation initiatives at a large-scale airport setting.
- Drive key commercial KPIs including Revenue, Sales Per Passenger (SPP), Penetration, Average Transaction Value (ATV)



and outlet productivity.
- Analyse passenger behaviour, dayparts and peak-hour demand to optimise F&B; offerings.
- Drive food quality, service standards, product availability and overall passenger experience.
- Lead menu engineering, SKU productivity, pricing, product mix and product innovation initiatives.
- Manage and influence F&B; partners to achieve agreed revenue, service, staffing and productivity targets
- Strong experience in commercial management, revenue growth, P&L;/KPI management, partner management and large-team operations.
