? Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – FMCG ? Locations: Vadodara, Gujrat ? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month ? Experience: 3–5 Years ? Industry: FMCG – General Trade Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop distributors and dealer networks.
- Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Expand retail outlets and strengthen market penetration.
- Manage and guide Sales Officers.
- Handle collections and maintain strong trade relationships.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
Requirements - 3–8 years of FMCG General Trade Sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in distributor and retail channel management.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Proven team-handling and sales-growth skills.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
