Role Description This is a full-time, in office Financial Advisor role based in Thanjavur.

The Financial

Advisor will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and life-stage needs. Daily activities include assessing client portfolios, recommending appropriate insurance and investment products, and creating customized financial and retirement plans aligned with company offerings. The role involves regular follow-ups, policy servicing, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Advisor will also participate in local outreach, presentations, and relationship-building initiatives to grow and retain the client base.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, goal-based strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Finance and Investments to evaluate products, manage risk, and optimize client portfolios.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Advisory to provide informed, ethical guidance and build long-term client relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and client service orientation are essential.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards is required.
- Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is an advantage.
