Role: Field Sales Officer – Tractors & Farm Equipment

Fieldmarshal–Shridev is expanding its Tractors & Farm Equipment business in Maharashtra and is looking for an energetic, field-oriented sales skilled to develop the market and strengthen our dealer and customer network.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, appoint and develop new dealers in the assigned territory.

Regularly visit existing and prospective dealers.

Generate enquiries and convert them into retail sales.

Conduct tractor and farm-equipment demonstrations, farmer meetings and local promotional activities.

Develop relationships with farmers, dealers and agricultural-equipment businesses.





Identify new markets and provide regular competitor, pricing and market feedback.

Follow up on leads, enquiries and dealer opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales, dealer-development and market-coverage targets.

Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate

1–5 years of field-sales experience in Tractors, Farm Equipment, Agricultural Machinery, Implements, Power Tillers, Power Weeders or related products.

Experience in dealer development and rural/agricultural markets preferred.

Existing knowledge of the Maharashtra agricultural market will be an advantage.

Agricultural Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be comfortable with extensive field travel and direct farmer/dealer interaction.

Candidates with experience at tractor and agricultural-equipment companies are encouraged to apply.
