Role Overview and Responsibilities
Production Support: Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and maintenance for Azure Databricks settings.
Workload Monitoring: Oversee Spark jobs, clusters, interactive notebooks, and complex data workflows.
Incident Management: Handle root cause analysis (RCA), resolve critical system alerts, and maintain strict operational SLAs.
Key Requirements
Core Skills: Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, and SQL.
Experience with DevOps and deployment - building and managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting systems.
Cloud Platform: Robust background in Azure cloud services and data orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Experience: Typically requires mid-to-senior level background (5+ years) in data engineering or production support operations
