Position: Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in providing quality patient care and maintaining a secure and hygienic patient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist nurses in providing basic patient care and comfort.
Help patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility as required.
Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely.
Monitor and report patients' basic needs or changes in condition to the nursing staff.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and equipment.
Assist nurses during procedures and routine patient-care activities.
Transport patients, specimens, reports, and equipment as instructed.
Follow hospital infection-control, safety, and patient-care protocols.
Maintain confidentiality and treat patients with dignity and respect.




Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.

Eligibility:
ANM/DHA/Diploma in Patient Care Assistant course preferred
Previous hospital experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
