Role & responsibilities
Prepare quotations, price estimates, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, track stock movement, and coordinate reorders.
Understand smart home products and solutions and provide live product demonstrations to customers visiting the Experience Center.
Plan, prepare, and publish social media advertisements and promotional content.
Generate recent leads through outbound calls and introduce Haven Twin's products and services.
Attend customer enquiry calls, understand requirements, suggest suitable products, and handle basic customer queries.
Follow up with customers for feedback and Google reviews to strengthen the company's online reputation.

Must be currently residing in Kanyakumari District and able to commute daily to our office in Vettumani, Marthandam
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable handling customer calls, follow-ups, and Experience Center demonstrations
Basic knowledge of quotations, invoicing, inventory, and MS Office/Google Workspace
Interest in learning smart home automation products and understanding their technical features
Comfortable with sales follow-ups and lead generation
Positive organizational and multitasking skills
Tamil, English, and Malayalam communication skills required
Hindi is an added advantage
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can apply
