Job Title - Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse – Industrial Plant (OHC)

Job Summary:

Raipur Power & Steel Limited (RPSL) is looking for a qualified Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse for our Occupational Health Centre (OHC). The candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, nursing care, emergency support, and assisting the company doctor in maintaining employee health and medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees.

Assist the company doctor during medical examination and treatment.

Monitor and record vital signs such as BP, pulse and temperature.

Handle emergency situations and coordinate with hospitals/ambulance services when required.

Maintain medical records, registers and reports.

Maintain medicines, medical equipment and first-aid supplies.





Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the medical room.

Support employee health check-ups and occupational health activities.

Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.

Eligibility:

GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) OR B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.

Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidates with industrial/plant/OHC experience will be preferred.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of first aid and emergency care.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.51 per month
