Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance: Manage end-to-end post-sale vehicle documentation, title transfers, and regulatory RTO compliance.

CRM Operations & Tracking: Systematicaly log, track, and resolve customer queries in the CRM; maintain high-accuracy status tracking and reporting dashboards using Google Sheets.

Customer Support & De-Escalation: Deliver skilled, empathetic, and multilingual (English & Hindi) support to address post-delivery inquiries, manage customer grievances, and conduct structured folow-ups.

Requirements & Key Competencies

Process Expertise: Practical working knowledge of ownership transfer procedures and local RTO registration frameworks.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and use of Google Workspace (specificaly Google Sheets and Google Docs). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi, with established proficiency in qualified email etiquette.

Problem Solving & Escalation: Robust interpersonal skils, active listening, and demonstrated ability to de-escalate complex customer concerns calmly and effectively.
