Learn to prepare teas, coffees, and light meals following exact brand recipes and presentation standards.
Assist the launch team in arranging kitchen equipment, counter displays, seating, and POS systems before opening.
Receive, organize, and manage initial shipments of ingredients, coffee beans, and packaging materials.
Provide friendly customer service at the order counter, handle cash/digital payments, and maintain guest satisfaction.
Strictly adhere to cleanliness, food safety, and sanitization protocols across kitchen and seating areas.
Participate in pre-launch trial runs and tasting sessions to streamline service speed and operational workflow.
Complete structured training programs to master company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in onboarding and peer-training newly hired local staff for the current cafe location.
Support local marketing efforts, menu sampling, and grand opening promotional activities.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
