:
Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, Stores, Quality & Dispatch.
Plan job flow from Printing → Lamination → Die-cutting → Pasting → Finishing → Dispatch.
Check raw material and machine availability.
Monitor WIP, production status, delays and bottlenecks.
Maintain job cards, PPC MIS and production reports.
Ensure on-time production and dispatch of customer orders.
Handle urgent orders and coordinate priorities with production teams.

Key Skills
Printing & packaging production knowledge
PPC and production scheduling
Knowledge of offset/digital printing and post-press processes
MS Excel and production MIS, Order Tracking.
Machine-capacity planning
Robust coordination and follow-up
Problem-solving and deadline management.
Valuable communication with internal departments
