About the role

We're looking for a Program Manager to own and improve our online reputation across all platforms where guests discover, book, and review our hotels. You'll work across a large portfolio, partner with platform teams, and build the systems that keep our reputation solid and improving.

Responsibilities
Own online reputation metrics across all platforms and drive consistent improvement.
Design and run programs to strengthen how our hotels are perceived online.
Monitor performance regularly and act quickly on issues.
Work with platform partners to make the most of available tools and levers.
Build simple, repeatable processes and reduce manual effort through automation.
Report on progress to leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements 35 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role.





Robust ownership — able to run initiatives end to end with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working with data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. SQL or scripting is a plus.

Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take initiative

Nice to have

Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce/marketplace businesses.

Track record of building processes or tools from scratch.
