Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage project planning, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Site teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and execution requirements.
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and take corrective action.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor site execution and productivity.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower, subcontractor performance, and overall project budget.
Coordinate with the commercial/accounts team for billing, measurements, certifications, and payment follow-ups.
Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, MIS, and client updates.
Conduct project review meetings and maintain proper documentation.
Handle client queries,



site issues, variations, and coordination requirements.
Ensure proper project handover and completion documentation.
Maintain records of project correspondence, approvals, drawings, inspection reports, and other relevant documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant project management experience in construction, tensile structures, steel structures, roofing, façade, or related industries.
Solid knowledge of project planning and site execution.
Valuable understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, and construction methodologies.
Experience in handling multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
Solid coordination, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Experience
Experience in tensile structures, structural steel, roofing, façade, fabrication, and large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
