Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud ME Payroll solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
Configure and maintain Payroll elements, balances, deductions, earnings, and statutory components.
Work on payroll calculations, validation, payroll costing, and payroll reconciliation activities.
Configure and support Fast Formulas related to Payroll, Absence, Perks, and Compensation.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversion activities.
Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing cycles.
Support payroll year-end activities and post-production enhancements.
Prepare functional design documents, solution design documents, and training materials.




Provide production support and resolve payroll-related issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consulting.
Solid experience in Middle East Payroll implementations and support.
Hands-on expertise in:
Oracle ME Payroll

HDL/HSDL
Payroll Costing
Payroll Reporting
Knowledge of Middle East payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Experience in data migration, testing, and payroll reconciliation.
