5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
Strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent modules.
Valuable knowledge of HCM configuration, business processes, and workflows.
Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Rapid Formula, and reporting.
Should have exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM architecture and security.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
