Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute solar projects from planning through completion.
Supervise day-to-day project and site activities.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved technical specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the project site.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Prepare project progress reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards.
Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and timelines.
Candidate Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in solar projects.
Practical knowledge of solar project execution and site activities.
Valuable technical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities effectively.
Strong problem-solving and team-working abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Immediate joining is preferred.
