Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, customer communication, market research, sales coordination, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation through online and offline channels.
Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Assist the sales team in following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships.
Maintain and update lead/customer databases and sales records.
Support the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist with social media marketing, content promotion, and online campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and marketing activities.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and prepare basic sales reports.




Participate in promotional activities, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Perform other sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the team.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable communicating with customers and prospects.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or marketing is an added advantage.
