Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a part time remote role focused on supporting growth and brand visibility for WhisAI. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting outreach to prospective customers, and contributing to sales presentations and demos. The role also involves collaborating on marketing campaigns, creating and refining messaging for digital channels, and gathering market feedback to inform strategy.

This specialist will work closely with customer-facing and product teams to ensure consistent communication,



support training materials, and help maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing clients effectively.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to manage pipelines, follow up on leads, and contribute to closing opportunities.
Experience in Training and guiding customers or team members on products, processes, or tools.
Background in marketing, digital outreach, or demand generation within technology or SaaS environments is beneficial.
Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and using CRM and collaboration tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Previous experience in AI, automation, or customer experience platforms is a plus.
Relevant education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
