Job profile

This role will consist of responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products conform to internal engineering benchmarks, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality testing
Investigate causes of rejections/defects and recommend corrective actions
Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and test results
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly
Investigate customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with ISO/BIS or other applicable quality certification standards
Oversee calibration of quality testing equipment/instruments
Present periodic quality reports to management

Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field)
Experience: Minimum 0–1 year in QC/Quality Assurance




Knowledge of quality tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Solid leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Job details:
Pay scale: 14-20k per month, depending on experience and skills.
