Role & responsibilities
Participant Management: Recruit, screen, and enroll study candidates while explaining procedures and securing informed consent.
Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and ensure the study follows strict ethical and legal rules.
Data Collection: Gather, enter, and monitor study data to maintain high accuracy and quality control.
Study Operations: Schedule participant visits, manage project timelines, and organize supplies or lab samples.
Communication: Act as the primary contact point for sponsors, medical staff, and the research team.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: M.Sc. (relevant scientific/medical discipline)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a medical college or clinical research setting
