Role Description This is a full-time, in office Receptionist role based at KAILTECH’s facility in Indore.
The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and partners.
Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings, and maintaining visitor logs.
The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, supporting documentation and filing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.




The Receptionist will represent KAILTECH’s commitment to quality service through transparent communication, courteous customer interactions, and efficient support to staff and visitors.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette skills, including managing calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a qualified front desk presence.
Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as basic documentation, filing, handling mail, and maintaining records with attention to detail.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, calendars, and office software (e.g., MS Office or similar), is required.
Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is an advantage.

Local Indore candidates shall be preferred.
