Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
Valuable verbal communication skills in Tamil and working knowledge of English/Hindi.
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer literacy – comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and messaging apps.
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated toward targets.
Valuable listening skills and attention to detail in capturing customer information.
Willingness to learn about solar/renewable energy products (training will be provided).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
