QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER (Boiler & Pressure Parts)

We manufacture IBR-certified boilers and pressure parts. Looking for a Quality Control Engineer to manage plant quality and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with IBR, ISO procedures, drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality control and stage inspections across production.
Monitor fabrication, fit-up, welding, bending, assembly and dimensional accuracy.
Ensure compliance with drawings, ITP, WPS/PQR, IBR and ISO procedures.
Coordinate with IBR, TUV, Lloyd’s and other inspection agencies.
Prepare and maintain IBR, inspection and quality documentation and material traceability.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores and Purchase teams to resolve quality issues.




Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions to reduce rework/rejection.

Requirements
BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
Experience in boiler/pressure vessel/heavy fabrication preferred.
Knowledge of IBR, ISO, WPS/PQR and basic NDT.
Ability to read engineering drawings; valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office/computer applications; ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and capability
