Job Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspection of components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Use Metrology instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
Perform inspection using CMM, Profile Projector, and other precision measuring equipment .
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and inspection standards.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with production/quality teams for corrective actions.
Ensure measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
